The blue sea, the golden beach and rich green trees were awaiting
the Scouts of the World.
The campsite as it was before the Jamboree.
General lines were laid down at a meeting at the
"Baden Powell House", London in September 1962.
Repeated banking-ups, tons of framework,
miles of piping, never-ending wire.
The speakers were set up at the end but
gave pace to the life at the Jamboree. Every morning at 6,
they played the Jamboree song as the clarion call.
